Molecular Genetics of Cancer

Laboratory of Molecular Genetics of Cancer is a recently established group of young researchers who are engaged in the studies aiming to:
•      Identify possible targets for immunotherapy of cancer;
•      Assess the relevance of autoantibodies for the diagnosis of cancer or prediction of response to immunotherapy;
•      Study the role of autoantibodies in anti-tumour immune response;
•      Explore the frequency and functional significance of pre-mRNA splicing defects in cancer;
•      Identify genetic factors that determine patients’ response to cisplatin and fludarabine-based chemotherapy.
